I am a Ph.D. student and Graduate Research Assistant in the Department of Geography & Geospatial Sciences at South Dakota State University (SDSU), USA. My work focuses on satellite remote sensing, UAV remote sensing, AI/ML, deep learning, reinforcement learning, crop modeling, data assimilation, and precision agriculture.

Research
Recent advances in UAV remote sensing, AI, and geospatial technologies have created new opportunities and challenges in image processing and spatial analysis. My research focuses on developing and applying remote sensing–based image analysis, GIS workflows, modeling approaches, and data-driven methods for agricultural and natural resource management. This includes near real-time monitoring of crop conditions and evaluating climate and environmental impacts on agricultural productivity.

RGB, multispectral, thermal, and LiDAR data acquisition, calibration, processing, and fine-scale crop and landscape mapping. - AI & Geospatial Analytics
Machine learning, deep learning, and spatial modeling for classification, prediction, and pattern interpretation in environmental systems. - Modeling & Decision Support Systems
Integration of remote sensing observations with geospatial and process-based models to support agricultural planning and management. - Geospatial Data Management
Handling large-scale spatial datasets for analysis, visualization, and extraction of spatial and temporal patterns.
